can a minion who played wake with evening's freshness trie to block again, after the opposing minion played form of mist at superior? I think this question has already been asked, I'm sorry I didn't catch it.

Yes, but they will probably need to get more intercept. The Wake leaves them to react as if untapped for the rest of the action. The Form of Mist continuation is still part of that action, so they can still react etc. as before. -- James Coupe

I don't think so, Form of mist is a strike so the action (the combat) is over and the blocking vampire must tap. So the action vampire needs another wake plus intercept to block it Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

In article <87kj4p$6fn$1...@nnrp1.deja.com>, [ quoted text not captured ] You are incorrect. Wake allows you to block and play reaction cards for the duration of the action. Form of Mist allows the action to continue after it has been blocked. So, therefore you do not need to play another wake to block the action again, but rather only enough intercept to catch him [ quoted text not captured ]

No, the action isn't over. That the blocking vampire must tap is irrelevant here, since they already were, and were only reacting "as if". The superior is considered an action modifier - they can only modify actions, hence the action *cannot* be over in the middle of the combat. > So the action vampire needs > another wake plus intercept to block it They may not need intercept, if they already had excess (e.g. you were performing a +1 stealth action, and you had played Enhanced Senses at superior), or if you had negative stealth (from Vicissitude, say). -- James Coupe
