Assuming I have two minions in play with Camera Phone, and one of them takes his Camera Phone bleed action, gets blocked, and plays Red Herring, can the other take his own Camera Phone's bleed action? I assume on the basis that the actions would not count as the same action for NRA (action allowed by card in play is NRA'd per copy of the card that allows the action), despite the fact that NRA seperately prohibits taking actions with more than one Camera Phone in a turn by way of prohibiting multiple bleeds. Is this right? -witness1

[ quoted text not captured ] Yes. The same reason that the second minion couldn't Mask the first's Camera Phone bleed: the two bleeds are different actions (because they're provided by different cards in play).

[ quoted text not captured ] And presumably (just for clarity): If minion A has a Camera Phone and bleeds, is blocked, plays Red Herring, then the phone is Heidelberg'd to Minion B, Minion B cannot use it to bleed, correct (because it's the same card in play, and thus the same action)? - D.J.
