Kholo/Magaji

Just to confirm something that came up in a JOL game... the oldest Laibon of the appropriate clan (Eze, in this case) can play Kholo, even if he's already titled, then he'd become the Kholo and his prior title would become inert. Correct? TIA, Pat

Conversely, Inikio capacity 9, and Nangila were are both in play. iniko is the kholo. takes the overseer action, becoming a magaji. does the kholo title fall away or does nangila become the new kholo?

No, because Nangila is not older, as the card requires for the moving bit in its text. It would work if Eze is along with Iniko as a Kholo and Eze lost the Magaji title somewhat.
