LSJ: Some additional Questions

Some questions: 1. The text on Anson reads: "If Anson is ready, you get 2 master phases actions (instead of 1)". But what if i got a Rumors of Gehenna in play? Do i get 3 master phases (Rumors + ready Anson)? Or do i get only the additional master phase from Rumors? (Assuming Anson gives me 2 master phases ONLY if i have no more than 1 master phase). If Anson's ability works with a Rumors of Gehenna (and with other cards giving additionals master phases act) then, Anson's text should read: "If Anson is ready, during your master phase, you get an additional master phase action." Is this correct? 2. A Malkavian can take an action via Madness Network "after a Methuselah has finished all of his or her minion phases action". That means: 1. Malkavians can take actions when a given Methuselah's has finished its minion phase. A Malkavian can act during influence and discard phases. 2. Malkavians can take actions ONLY at the end of a given Methuselah's minion phase. A Malkavian cannot act during any of the following phases (influence and discard). I'm very unsure about that. If number 1 is correct, i have an additional question: A Malkavian takes a succesful inferior Revelation action (Sabbat, aus, 1 blood) during a Methuselah's discard phase. Does that Methuselah burns 1 blood with a Camarilla Threat in play? 3. The bearer of Talbot's Chainsaw can self inflicts the 3 damage during the Untap? (I think yes, but need a rule.)
