Came up in our tournament this weekend: Meth A plays Charming Lobby+Vote and calls no other vote that turn. Meth B plays KRC that is not blocked. Meth A plays Delaying tactics, cancelling the vote. Is the Delaying Tactics legal here? Does the Charming Lobby burn since the vote/action was a success? Robyn Tatu

No. DT cannot be played on an auto-passing referendum. See response to Atomweaver earlier this morning. > Does the Charming Lobby burn since the vote/action was a success?
