If i have Agaitas and play deal with the devil , can i draw my new hand from
my prey's library or i can only replace the master card i just played and
the other cards will from my library?

"Whenever you play a card, you may draw its replacement from
your prey's library instead of your own. Put the card drawn face-up in
front of you. It is still considered to be in your hand, and be played
or discarded as normal."
You draw __its replacement__ (in other words, one card) from your prey's
library, and the card effects then occur as normal (from your OWN
library).
