Win / lose pool at untap + other Qs

- "If Bart is untapped at the beginning of your turn", you win 1 pool ; so even if you're at 1 and there's an Antediluvian Awakening in game, you win B4 you lose, right ? - In a game, a tzimisce played the card which inflicts to me all the damage I inflict to the opposing minion ; that, and a Carrion crow ; but I reduced the normal had damage ; I played a Disarm, because it concerns the damage the opposing minion did to me, and I say he did none. Is that right ? (we ruled it was, but just to B sure I also absorbed the damage from myself...). I'm sure there was another Q pending, but it will be for another post...
