Balefull Doll Question (LSJ)

Okay, some weird things started happening during tonight's game and I thought I'd ask to see if any rules were written about it. Constantin, Baro of the Caravan went and stole the Baleful Doll from an Aabt Kindred. Later, he stole The Sargon Fragment from a different Aabt. Later, Salbatore (controlled by the same meth.) attempted to equip both The Sargon Fragment and the Baleful Doll off of Constantin. 1. Can Salbatore equip the Baleful Doll on the same turn as he didn't have necromancy until he took the Sargon Fragment? 2. When a minion equips a piece of equipment anew, do all the effects of the equipment go off? (I.e., can the meth choose a different vamp to be affected by the Baleful Doll?) I feel like this has been covered somewhere, but I can't find it. Thanks! Neil Paananen

The necromancy requirement is only for bringing the card into play. Same thing as retainers transfered via Heidelberg Castle. > 2. All of the effects / targets of the equipment are set when first brought into play, changing the minion with the equipment will not have any effect. Carpe noctem.
