Hiya all, On the WW website, there is a relatively new download called "unnoficial rulings" in a handy word document. Niiiiice. However, some of them were news to me in a big way! e.g. 1) Perfect Clarity. In the ruling it says that you can still deflect and redirect an incoming bleed if the bleeding vampire plays perfect clarity. e.g. 2) Agaitas / Infernal Pursuit. If this combo applies, opposing meth does not ditch the additional card, the IP player does. There are many more. In most cases, no dates or citations are made. I searched on Google and couldn't find any obvious reference. Where have these come from? When were they decided? I'm not disputing the logic behind them, I am just concerned that these are kind of a big deal (esp the Perfect Clarity, since it is next to useless at basic otherwise - only Obedience and Internal Recursion apply). Help? DH

[ quoted text not captured ] e.g. 1) is not correct. You cannot deflect a Perfect Clarity acting vampire. [LSJ 20-JUN-2001] [LSJ 30-AUG-2001] e.g. 2) is correct. You draw the replacement (singular) for the card you played from your prey's library (or your own - your choice). You draw an addition card (for IP's effect) from your own library (no choice). As many are wrong as are correct. Or at least it seems at first read through the document. In the opening paragraph, it says: "It hasn’t been proof-read by LSJ, " I would skip everything in purple. These are quotes from other people as often as they are from Scott, and are not guaranteed to not have been fixed by Scott later in the same thread of the newsgroup. Carpe noctem. Hi, That's one of the big mistakes I made...I guess I was on crack. You can't deflect a Perfect Clarity'ed bleed. I'll send an updated, corrected file soon. Actually, I was nearly done with the corrections, but that was precisely on May, 1st...Now I have to include the RTR rulings before sending it. > > > > e.g. 2) Agaitas / Infernal Pursuit. He can ditch any card from his "hand", though. > > > > There are many more. In most cases, no dates or citations are made. I > > searched on Google and couldn't find any obvious reference.
