Can you have more than one Blood Doll card on the same minion?
I was considering that, if this was possible, I might be able to combine
this on the same minion with The Rack. This setup would allow me to drain
two blood points to my pool each turn.

That's perfectly legal, but it's sort of like painting a big target on
that vampire's forhead with a caption that says "bait". Hope you plan on
putting some combat defense in. I've found that Blood Dolls tend to work
best in combat decks because nobody's willing to try to take them out.

YEP...we play that you can...there's nothing that says you can't.

The only problem with having 2 Blood Doll cards on the same vampire is that,
according to card text (I think it's according to the text, anyway), you can
only move ONE counter per master phase from the Doll. Maybe a Blood Puppy
could solve this, but since I can't remember what one is exactly, I can't
be sure.

It is impossible to get multiple master phases (anson and rumours give
the ability to play two master cards each master phase.
Still, Blood Doll is good enough as is.
Blood Puppy is completely distinct (put a blood on puppy, take one off,
or burn and take all; your opponents generally burn it as a D action
before you can recoup the three you spent on it :( )

In my group we play that having two Blood Dolls means that you can move up
to two blood a turn. It is a per card effect. This is in line with what a
Blood Doll is in Vampire-- a person who agrees to be bled regularly by a
vampire. Logically there should be no limits on the number of Blood Dolls in
a given vampire's herd.

Blood Puppy: Pay three blood. on untap phase transfer 1 blood to puppy,
take 1 blood or burn puppy for all blood. card can be burned which
destroys blood.

Blood Doll does not work like the investments. It allows one blood to be
moved on or off the vampire during the player's master phase, regardless
of anything else that player is doing. So multiple Blood Dolls always
stack, regardless of whether you have Anson or a similar effect available.

In lieu of playing one master card, one may take one blood from one
investment. If one has the ability to play 2 master cards, one may
remove up to two blood from either one or two different investments. If
one plays an Out of Turn Master, one forfeits one's entire next Master
Phase, and may not remove any blood from investments regardless of how
many Master cards one has the ability to play.

Tom,
Just a quick clarification. By stack, do you mean that multiple Blood
Dolls allow multiple blood off the same vamp in the same master phase?
I just want to be clear on the ruling.
