Direct Intervention (DI) + Uncontrolled Impulse

As my first action of the turn, I play a Entrancement. My prey plays Direct Intervention (DI.) I have another Entrancement in hand, so I play it again. Can I also play an Uncontrolled Impulse on that action (assuming the vamp is Ishtarri)? Thanks!
