LSJ - Kyoko and other bizarre hunting actions...

Hi ! At the beginning of my turn, Kyoko shinsegawa has a pulled fang and zero blood on her. Does she go to torpor because she must hunt and cannot ? =) And what about an empty ravnos when week of Nightmare is in play ? thank you ! reyda

Unless the RT has reversed the old Legacy of Caine ruling, Kyoko cannot increase the blood that she steals _or_ the blood that she gains via Aaron's or HC or Inbase Discotek or any other card currently in print.
