I guess my Jyhad-version from "The Second Tradition: Domain" has a card erratra. So I'am sure that I played it wrong till now. Is anyone able to tell me how this card exactly works. thanks, Peter.

As with any intercept-gaining reaction card, it con only be played if you have a lower intercept than the acting minion's current stealth. So, you can't play it for the intercept if you are untapped. And you can't play it for the untap if the acting minion isn't at stealth. (Nor can your play it if you have a raven spy unless the acting minion is at +2 or more stealth).
