There is no "opposing minion" after Minor Boon. Combat Ends when you go
to torpor (after handling any remaining current damage), and then Minor
Boon saves you from torpor - leaving you (undamaged and unwounded) in the
Ready region.
Minor Boon - Master Out-of-Turn
* Is played after the combat ends, keeping the vampire out of Torpor.
