Follow the bouncing bleed

Situation: Vampire A bleeds. Tapped Vampire B controlled by prey Wakes and Deflects the bleed at superior to his prey. The third Vampire C deflects the bleed back to Vampire B's controller. Can vampire B still block or redirect the bleed without playing another Wake? Card text for Wake with evening's freshness: "Reaction: Do not replace until after combat. Usable only by a tapped vampire. This vampire can play reaction cards and attempt to block as though untapped until the current action is conlcuded." The current action, IMO, is not yet concluded, so Vampire B can play another (different) reaction or block? David Naseby
