Alexandra sets precedent on this. There "another ready Toreador" means
"another Toreador, i.e. not Alexandra, who is ready" and not "both
Alexandra and some other Toreador, who are both ready." And Alexandra
can untap other vampires while in torpor herself.
e.g. a ruling at <

cards.jyhad/msg/39e639f75959bc73> shows Alexandra can untap others while
in torpor herself. Alexandra's card text:
"Once during your turn, you may tap or untap another ready Toreador. +2
bleed."
By extension this would be read as "another Imbued, i.e. not Beatrice,
who is ready."
