If a vampire you control has been burned since your last turn,
Augustus may move that vampire from your ash heap to the ready region
as an action that costs 1 pool.
So, before I start hoarding several copies of Augustus, I'd like to
know, how much blood the vampire has he brings back ? I tried looking
for it with search, but either there isn't a topic on this matter, or
I'm not good enough on looking for them :(

The vampire comes from the ash heap empty, since no text on augustus
talks about putting blood on them.
LSJ will confirm this since the question already rose on the forum.

As it doesn't say anything about giving blood, and a vamp can be about
with zero blood, I'd say it will come up empty. No indication
otherwise.
