The new rulebook says that past vampires called 'non-camarilla' are independent. But what do cards that effect 'non-camarilla' vampires do? (judgement camarilla segregation, protect thine own etc.), do these cards effect all vampires that arent camarilla, or just the independents, or no one now?? T
