Masika Grand Ball

A quick hello from France just to ask a tricky question to my eyes when playing "Toreador Grand Ball" you have to chose a Toreador who doesn't untap anymore during your untap phase. But if I choose Masika that has the special abilty to untap freely between 2 M's turns, does he keep this special ability and can untap between others' turns or can't he untap at all ? thanx

TGB only prevents untaps during the untap phase. So Masika is fine to untap at any other point. Alexandra could also untap a vampire at another point, as could cards like Rutor's Hand, Metro Underground, Homunculus and so forth. It's only the untap phase which is stopped. -- James Coupe
