Until the PA is complete, which is at the end of the referendum, no cards may be replaced by any meth, including the player who played the Delaying Tactics. Hi, all! 1. Can i play Delaying Tactics AFTER votes are cast? 2. Assuming yes, what happens to the Bewitching Orations played by the acting minion? Are they burned or get back to hand? 3. After a DT has been played does the controller of the acting minion have to reduce his hand because he gets "extra" cards in his hand? Thanks! .- Luis....@ip.pt

Correct. DT says nothing about retrieving cards other than the Political Action card (if any). > > 3. Any time a Methuselah has more cards in her hand than her hand size, she must discard down to her hand size immediately (and she chooses which card(s) to discard). -- LSJ (vte...@wizards.com) VTES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
