No. TB comes first.

Retainer damage - it cannot be dodged.

? If the action is blocked, it can be continued with superior FoM.
If so, the action continues, and will resolve as normal if it remains
unblocked.
Yes, you can use it to end combat with a blocker and continue a
Bum's Rush action to enter combat, even if it is targetting the
minion who blocked it in the first place.
