As most of you know, I post a series of articles at the beginning
of every month: Errata Summaries, House Rules, and a Rules Outline.
Well, I'll be on vacation until the 4th and probably won't be able
to get back on-line until then, so I'll be posting the articles later
today (as soon as I finish updating them to include August's rulings).
In particular, the outline has been overhauled to include a much
more precise handling of combat and damage resolution. In it's new
form, it should answer all questions about how to order and/or apply
the effects of all combat events, including Aggravated Damage,
multiple S:CE, stealing and healing, etc.
If anyone finds any general ruling (not a card-specific ruling) that
is not handled correctly by the new outline, please let me know.
