LSJ, all;: Announcing/How to run a Tourney?

Hello, I am the gaming cooordinator for the upcoming Victoriacomicon this august. I am looking for any advice, links, etc. to help me organize and run my first VTES official tourney. (LSJ, any chance of getting some prizes from WW? How should I proceed?). Our website can be found at http://www.victoriacomiccon.com/ The scope of the event is huge, on par with the biggest cons like Gencon and Origins, and I look forward to any helpful advice.
