Name: The Slow Withering [Gehenna:R] Cardtype: Event Gehenna. Do not replace until a vampire commits diablerie. Requires at least one other Gehenna card in play. Cards that require any superior Disciplines cost an additional blood to play. Any vampire who commits diablerie is immune to this effect until the next Gehenna card is played. "Cards that require any superior Disciplines cost an additional blood to play." How is this to be understood? a) Cards played at superior? b) Cards like Elemental Stoicism which requires a superior and inferior? (FOR obf) c) Cards that have the option to be played at superior? Ie. Deflection played by Marciana Giovanni. Funny, but this actually *DID* come up.

[ quoted text not captured ] a) and b), but not c). Any card that is played at a level that requires one or more superior effects. So, eg, playing Elemental Stoicism at the [for] or [for obf] levels doesn't count, but playing it at the [FOR obf] level does. --Colin McGuigan

If playing the card requires any superior Disciplines, then it costs an additional blood. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
