What exactly does playing discipline cards "as a vampire of
capacity X" mean in an ally's text? Does this just apply to cards that
make explicit reference to capacity/older/younger? Specifically, can
discipline cards give allies more life than a vampire of that capacity
would have blood? (That is, can Akhenaten Summon the Soul to have a
total of five life?) I recall that there is no limit on how much life
an ally can have, so, technically, when playing a card as a vampire,
they have no blood (as there is no text indicating life should be
considered blood except when being spent to pay costs), and thus can
gain up to their simulated capacity in blood, which gets turned into
life (by card text). That's a literal reading, but probably not
designer intent.
