Yes, if a vampire you control (by whatever means you achieve that
control) commits diablerie, you (or any other Methuselah) can call a
Blood Hunt to burn him, and you are free to vote in favor of the Blood
Hunt.
You could not use The 6th Tradition: Destruction to burn him on your
next turn since the diablerie did not occur "since your last turn", as
required by 6th Trad's card text. (You could use The 6th Tradition
against him later on the same turn, however, since that *is* "since
your last turn").
