They are not a clan. They cannot be chosen for the Boon.

Yes, as they are Camarilla vampires.

No. Rules specify that you must control a "ready" member of that clan.

No. A vampire who can't hunt is otherwise unaffected.
Pulled Fangs adds a "go to torpor" clause by card text, but that is not
the genral rule.

Moot. He remains ready, empty, and untapped. He cannot perform any other
action (since ready empty vampires cannot do anything except hunt), however.
