Very funny... There's no problem with playing a 4CL deck in an NL environment
though, and NLizing this one doesn't add much... but whatever. 8)
So, I don't know about losing the Fame, or even having only 1. It's a great
card in a non-combat deck because a) you can contest it if your predator plays
Famous-Gangrel torpor bleed, and b) it helps to keep your vampires alive (they
may still kill your vamps, but it'll hurt). True, this deck isn't entirely
non-combat, but it'll get hurt by a focused combat deck.
Personally, I'd lose most (if not all) of the Blurs in favour of Sidestrike,
Pursuit, or more Acrobatics. And I'd probably add a couple of Awe and more
votes or some Dread Gaze, in case you're really concerned about a particular
vote.
Pretty unfocused, and really all over the place, but I sort of like it. And I
can see it doing at least fairly well.

All I did when NLizing was to add a few more copies of the cards I've found to be
the most useful all the time.

I originally had 3 but they slowly became less of a focus as the deck evolved.

I've found the blurs to be pretty key especially against Brujha combat
decks which are real prevalent around here( if not everywhere) allowing
you to hurt them pretty bad even with just hand damage since brujha combat
is based (usually) around small vamps. I really hate to go to topor without takin
someone with me :-)-~

Personally, I think I'd drop them as well. You shouldn't really be
going to torpor anyway.

Well, obviously every group is different but I've tended to find Brujah
combat based around slightly bigger vampires myself - 6 capacity or so.
They have the capacity to take a couple of good hits and the disciplines
to hit back with. It might be worth trying something lik that in your
group as a change of pace. Someone like Bianca is qutie good because
she can blur and has the additional hand damage. That's a few vampires
in torpor quite easily and you can follow up with a Pulled Fangs or
maybe a Burning Wrath if you can afford it. The same goes for other
vampires with something like POT CEL or something like that who have a
mid-range capacity. You can blur, hit a vampire with something like
Undead Strength on each additional strike (or maybe even have a small
piece of equipment like a Bastard Sword) and then, on the final strike,
burn them with Burning Wrath or Pulled Fangs. A few cards per vampire,
yes, but you're BURNING their vampires, not just torporising them and
you're vampire should be still standing afterwards, with a bit less
blood which you can get back with Hunting Grounds, Taste of Vitae, Blood
Tears, simply hunting etc.

A tad Master heavy. The Haven Uncovered seems a bit pointless, and 3 or 4
Misdirections seems somewhat excessive. Maybe 2. Protracted Investments are
never, ever, under _any_ circumstances, worth playing, even _with_ 2 Ansons.
Pretty much any Master card in the game is better than Protracted Investment.
Even Masquerade Endangered. STI is ok, as it is cheap and playable on the
first turn, but even then, you have such a heavy Master contingient you will be
unlikely to benefit from them for quite a while. Protected Recources seems
superflous, as you have a good portion of your deck designed to Bleed, and you
have Telepathic Misdirections to bounce bleeds anyway.
"Combat:21 (25)

1 Preternatural Evasion
1 Primal Instincts
1 Amaranth
2 44 magnum
1 Resplendant Protector"
Again, Bum's Rush seems useless. Could be something useful. Why Fake Out and
Dodge when you can have Flash and Side Slip? The Amaranth is just asking for
trouble.
"Bleed: 22
2 Marijava Ghoul
4 Alacrity (6)
4 Blood Tears of Kephran ( helps cover the cost of the 2 preceding
cards)"
Blood Tears are just not worth it in terms of effort and effect. Why not use
Discoteque or Voter Captivation?
"4 C Boon
3 Kine Resources Contested
1 Praxis Siezure
1 Toreador Justicar"
The one Praxis Seizure seems a bit pointless. Why not 2 Justicars instead?
The KRC are semi handy, but not in small numbers and they would probably be
better off as Parity Shift or Consanguaneous Condemnation.
Well, it looks like it would have trouble with any real focused deck (certainly
an Immortal Grapple Rush deck, which will eat your vampires for lunch), 4CL or
no, but it is definitely flexible and full of tricks.

mabey sometimes I want to fight? a 44 with a blur that is 6R. backed up
with an amaranth, two princes, a vote in hand, and the edge in case of a
blood hunt. Its only good once or twice a game, But used on the right
vampire at the right time. it has won me games.

they should be secret hoards.

They're Telepathic "Counters" at superior they stop a bleed for 2
Protected Resources only allows you to be bled for 2
SB predator, think about it ;-)-~
"Why Fake Out and Dodge when you can have Flash and Side Slip?"
because not every one knows cel everyone can fake out and dodge.
"Blood Tears are just not worth it in terms of effort and effect. Why

neither one of those can prevent damage
"The one Praxis Seizure seems a bit pointless. Why not 2 Justicars

two justicars doesn't allow for the possibility of "both" in play
"The KRC are semi handy, but not in small numbers"
I can't insure controlling the vote scene enough to have more.
but the few I have can sure as hell surprise the prey that's finally
got a good defense to my bleeds :-)-~

Telepathic Counter reduces the bleed amount.
Protected Resources limits the amount of pool you burn when you
are bled.
These two cards do not stack with one another.
If you are bled for 6 and have Protected Resources in play, you
burn two pool for the bleed of 6.
If you Telepathic Counter the bleed to reduce the bleed amount to
4 and have Protected Resources in play, you burn two pool for the
bleed of 4.
