2nd Tradition, Rotschrek and Elysium type cards.

Re 2nd Tradition: Umm... you have to remember that Wake with evening freshness doesNOT untap the vampire, he can attempt to block and play reaction cards AS IF untapped, but he does not untap... The only card that actually lets you untap is Rat's Warning, making the 2nd tradition only usable by animalism folks then... <>shakes head<> It makes sense that it untaps the vampire, that's what makes it cool... Rotschrek: I know this has been ruled a thousand times, but I'm in charge of a forum called Strategy Card Games on the ISCAbbs and there's a few people who want me to actually post the ruling. So, Tom, could you humor them and simply put up a message saying, YES Rotschrek is in a sense a big misprint and its meant to be played on a vampire attempting to deal out aggrevated damage? Thanks! Much appreciated... Elysium, Police Department and Mob Connections: Well, real quick question here... Can these cards be used to affect combats in which your vampires aren't even in? As in can I use Elysium to end a combat between my prey and his prey? Or can I use Mob Connections to force a press between two other Methuselahs? Thanks in advance! The question about Mob Connections and the others doesn't seem to have been answered, so I'll resend. I'll also double check the Elysium ruling.
