This situation came up last sunday on a faboulus tournament here in Utrecht, Netherlands, but thats beside the point. Player A has a baltimore purge on his vamp. Player A is sending a few vamps to torpor. One of the other players vampire has a fame and enters toprpor. Does player A pays a pool because there is a vampire in torpor with fame during the untap phase? Or does player A have an option to not take pool-loss because the vampire wasnt there since the start of the untap? The judge chose the first option. I would do the same. Oortje
