Hiya all - question for you: Ability: Meshenka burns one less blood for any card that requires Vicissitude. Does this mean Meshenka doesn't pay the extra blood for superior Chiropteran Marauder? After some discussion threads that discussed the term "play" (something to do with the SCS) I though that this could be interesting. Nowhere in Meshankas special does it stipulate that it is only in the playing of the card that Meshenka pays less for, whereas cards like the Ankara Citadel, Turkey clearly (similar effect in a way) do. Slightly O/T for this question - I saw the ad for Final Nights in Scrye 8.3 (with the blurred out text - spoilsports!) and I have to say I really like the look of the artwork. No. The cost of CM is zero - it has no blood drop icon on the left side. Superior CM allows the vampire to pay a blood for some effect, however. But that's not the cost of the card. > After some discussion threads that discussed the term "play" (something to > do > with the SCS) I though that this could be interesting. "Cards that require Vicissitude cost Meshenka one less blood to play" is pretty clearly stipulating that it is the play of the card. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
