[LSJ] Undying Thirst/Peacemaker combo

Hello, A vampire is in torpor. Meanwhile, another bleeding vampire is blocked by a Baali. That Baali then plays Undying Thirst ( this vampire cannot take any action other than diablerie) and then PeaceMaker (the action continues as if unblocked). Does the bleed fizzle, for the acting vampire would not be able to attempt it due to Undying Thirst ? or does the action continue as normal ? Thank you, François

[ quoted text not captured ] Continues as normal. Much like a vampire bleeding who spends his last blood on a Form of Mist -- the action continues even though the acting vampire couldn't start the action empty (since he'd have to hunt instead).
