[Question] Fast reactions

Hi! If a new vampire plays Fast Reactions and ENTERS combat does it mean, that a completely new combat starts (no more Carrion Crows & stuff applied by the previous vampire, for example)? Or does it still counts as one combat? Thank you. Regards. dIABEU
