Question on Anarch cards

Here goes another one of my newbie questions. Are the multi-option action cards (?) only usable at one version at a time. For example: Keystone Kine is a bleed action, no matter which discipline the vampire is using. Lets say Mina Grotius is anarch and bleeds with Keystone Kine. Does she bleed for 2 and gain a blood if successfull, or does she need to state which of the disciplines is she using? Mina Grotius Clan: Harbinger of Skulls (group 3) Capacity: 6 Disciplines: FOR NEC cel Laibon: Whenever a vampire controlled by your predator or prey is burned, Mina gains 3 blood. Once each action, she can burn 1 blood to get +1 bleed. Keystone Kine Type: Action Requires: anarch Celerity/Necromancy/Obfuscate Requires an anarch. [cel] and/or [nec] and/or [obf] (D) Bleed. If using [cel], he or she gains 1 blood. If using [nec], the bleed is at +1 bleed. If using [obf] and this actioin is successful, you may burn an ally controlled by your prey whose cost is not greater than the bleed amount.

She needs to state which Discipline or set of Disciplines she is using. She can KK at [cel], or at [nec], or at [cel] and [nec]. That's what the "[cel] and/or [nec] and/or [obf]" means (in contrast to the other Anarch 3-way cards, which tend to offer only individual Discipline usages, with no option to use combinations in the single card play).
