Mike Ooi attempted to "break the game" Thursday, so I have several questions that may interest other players : 1) A Shadow Court Satyr has an Illusions of the Kindred on him, and he only has 2 life. Before range, the Satyr uses the Illusions and burns 2 life (which burns the Satyr). Does this negate the effect of the Illusions, or does the Satyr burn and then you continue with the effect of Illusions? 2) I wanted to verify that a Lunatic Eruption will 'cripple' an Aabbt Kindred if Nefertiti is not in play. 3) Must you announce steps taken during your untap and master phases, or can you just do things as long as no-one objects? By common courtesy we mostly do, but is it enforcable by the rules? (i.e. If you just put 2 counters on a vampire that has the rack, but you don't say anything and no-one really notices....you're not cheating and everyone may forget you have the rack. However if you announce 'Jost gains 2 blood from the Rack', the Rack is instantly taken during that turn. So if behooves you to be subtle if it's legal) ------------------------------- Ethan Burrow - Prince of Austin saa...@yahoo.com http://whitestar.ddg.com/vtes/

Must (D) and cannot (D) -> stuck. > 3) Must you announce steps taken during your untap and master phases, > or can you just do things as long as no-one objects? But if someone puts two blood on Jost, I'd certainly be trying to figure out why. :-) If anyone wants everything spelled out, he or she can always ask questions ("where'd that blood come from?" "what are you doing?") continually until the players get on board. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. I do it all the time and it's a nice strategy to upset people !! in their precipitation, they announce silly thing, and cannot go backwards =) reyda In V:tes, Psychological Warfare is everything -Paul Johnson (my personal jyhad hero)
