Three players (A prey of B who is prey of C) Player C has a vampire with Spiritus who is tapped. Player B's vampire does a (D) action on player A (eg bleed) Player C attempts to play Speak with Spirits and then Falcon's Eye. Illegal? Because Speak with Spirits says that you must attempt to block when being played. And you cannot because it is a (D) action. Falcon's Eye never has a chance to be played. (one would need an additional wake to be played first.)

Illegal for a vampire who cannot attempt to block to play Speak with Spirits. > Falcon's Eye never has a chance to be played. (one would need an > additional wake to be played first.) Correct.
