Enkil Cog + Tangel Atropos Hand (LSJ)

Hi LSJ! If I remember right your ruling said that Enkil Cog untaps if the announced action cards gets DI-d. How's it if the action gots canceled with Tangle Atropos Hand? Thanks in advance, Martin

The action has been attempted (a block has even been attempted on it), so the Enkil Cog's "during X, do Y" is used up. The vampire untaps and takes the action card back and, if xe can manage it via Madness Network or something, gets +1 stealth on his next turn. But he cannot attempt another action via the Cog this turn.
