Doing stuff more than once

These all sound like "yes"'s to me, but I figured I'd check: (I ask alot of questions like this, I think) 1) If I have the Info Highway and Ingrid Rossler both in play, can I "pay 2 to see 2", since I have 8 transfers? 2) With the new !Ventrue, whose name I forget, his ability says you can spend a master phase action to gain +1 handsize. If I have more than one MPA, can I increase my handsize more than once? 3) Maris Streck, the CE Malk Justicar, says she can burn a blood to give +1 intercept to any minion. Can I use this more than once during the same action? Thanks.

Yes. You can spend 4 transfers to pay 1 pool to draw a crypt card. Just as you can spend 1 transfer to move a pool to an uncontrolled vampire.
