[ quoted text not captured ] Congratulations have been given. http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=gh7ii0pdt6oeb9p05thfch76p4r6astfpu%404ax.com And in person at Gen*Con by myself, Steve Wieck, and probably a few dozen other players (probably again to include The Lasombra). And now by you (albeit in parentheses :-). The thread above also mentions the schedule for the top five decks (i.e., "when I have transcribed them.") -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. See i wish i was there - it just seemed a little anticlimactic, the response on the newsgroup. I had thought there would be more discussion on the tournament. can't wait for the decklists! thanks for the quick response, take care, jds

This reminds me. What ever happened to that TV crew that was at the Qualifier? Was that a local news thing or G4 or what? Anyone know what that footage was for or when it airs? Aramis

[ quoted text not captured ] While I don't know what that specific crew represented, pretty much all the local stations had news crews during the weekend for the morning shows and the local news. Caught a few of the snippets in my hotel room during the weekend. Probably one of those. -John Flournoy

At least, I assume it is nationwide because I get it here in Louisiana which is 20 years behind the rest of the USA. Comments Welcome, Norman S. It is, like, the video game channel, where you watch other people playing video games. Occasionally, there are talk shows about video games. It is very digital cable. Was that a local news thing or G4 or what? They were filming for GSN, which I think used to be "Game Show Network" but has become just a "games" network. They were interviewing Steve Wieck about general "what is VTES?" type info. I happened to be sitting right next to them with my digital camera. I got some pictures of the interview here: http://www.darkwindrising.com/vampire/photos/gall_gc2004/index.htm (Thanks to Mike Courtois for taking the first pic.) > Anyone know > what that footage was for or when it airs? The crowd in the left background is the NAC finals table. -John Flournoy -John Flournoy
