[LSJ] Fidaï

Hi there, I couldn't find any specifis in previous posts, so here come a few (maybe stupid) questions about ...good old Fidaï 1) Untapping of a Fidaï by "any Assamite with a capacity above 7", does that only work during untap phase? Or at any time? I'd say at any time 2)If so, (at any time), I'm also guessing that it can be done multiple times a turn, correct? 3)I'm (hopefully reasonably) assuming that "Any assamite with a capacity above 7" would also include this Fidaï him/herself, should he/she ever attain that capacity, correct? 4)The fantastic event which prevents vampires from hunting when they don't need to but gives you an alternative hiunt action(can't remember the name right now, that'll teach me to post from work), think it's "Restricted vitae": ABout this alternative hunt action (stealing a blood from a younger vampire)=> *is it, like hunting, nbot susceptible to NRA-restriction *do hunt related modifiers apply( such as additional stealth, gaining additional blood etc)? Yes, I know some of you guys and girls are now wondering why on earth I'm asking this, of all things, after not posting for such a while, but you'll all have to wait and see. It says "may hunt by", so this is considered a Hunt action. So all rulings on hunt-action modifiers apply (extra blood stolen if it is not explicitly "from the blood bank"), etc.
