LSJ: Web of Knives + Shango

Tried to look somewhat, but didn't seem to find correct answer. Minion equips with Shango Remains. He chooses to burn Wokr in uncontrolled region.

Web of Knives Recruit is not a vampire until it enters your active region and thus cannot possibly be an Assamite.
