in Jyhad and VtES you may switch blockers as many times as you want (until
the action is blocked, of course) - even returning to a previous
would-be blocker.
Jyhad Rulebook 13.3.2
"If this [intercept >= stealth] is not the case, the blocking minion is left
untapped, and another minion may attempt to block."
VtES is not clear on this point (and even tends to refute it), but that's
only because the rules are in need of errata, not that the rules have
changed, I hope.
