FN Errata Question

I'm fairly sure this has been dealt with recently but may have imagined it whilst drunk, anyway can't find the answer. Malleable Visage, can it be played by a tapped vampire? e.g. Lambach bleeds and gets let through, taps, fred the weak bleeds, blocked, Lambach plays Malleable Visage and beats seven shades out of unsuspecting blocker. Or not? Where's the bar in here?
