I believe the easiest answer to this would be...
1 Announce bleed. (holding ever-so-nasty additional bleed card secretly in hand)
2 Opponent announces block with a real stinker of a vamp (DOH!)
3 Play 'Mask' ( Oh well, better make the most of it...)
If opponent does not block, play all the nasties ya got :)

Yes that's the easy answer, but I want to know the not so easy answer.
Because, if you want to use Mask of 1000 Faces for the stealth but you want to bleed using Govern the unaligned or Legal Manipulations, then you have to declare the action with one vampire and change it to another. But if the first vampire doesn't have presences or dominate you are stuck.
So I need how you can play Mask of 1000 faces.

The short answer: an action is only paid for when it remains unblocked.
So it would be paid for by the Vampire who actually got through (the
one useing the Mask1000(tm)).
