As I understood it, apart from the Withdrawl rules on the Sabbat sheet (which are strictly optional), the rest of the rules were in force - being Primogen or Princes etc. Now, I've been away from my cards for a while and having to moderate a JOL game. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any mention of the Sabbat rules changes on the Rulesmonger site (the version at deckserver.net). Are these rules changes official and archived on the web somewhere, as it would be most helpful if they were. Or is the deckserver.net mirror simply a little (lot) out of date? -- James Coupe (Prince of Mercia) Change nospam to obeah to reply Vampire: Elder Kindred Network http://madnessnetwork.hexagon.net

The rules that are in the VTES rulebook and/or the Sabbat rulesheet are not duplicated in the rulings/errata lists, no. The rulings/errata lists are for things that are not in the rules. > Are these rules changes official and archived on the web somewhere, as > it would be most helpful if they were. Now that we have NVP as an official rule, what *is* the stance on replacing votes in tournaments? Are they now just replaced at the end of the vote but you only have one card to replace anyway (barring other modifiers), so it doesn't matter towards cycling etc.? [ quoted text not captured ]

No cards are replaced during a political action (referendum) - this includes modifiers and reactions as well as poltical action cards burned during the referendum. This has always been the rule, and it is still in effect. The DCI delayed vote replinishment rule (do not replace burned PAs until the end of the uurn) is no longer part of the official DCI rules - see the new rules linked from the WotC web page: www.wizards.com/VTES [ quoted text not captured ]
