Still more on the Game Trade article (LSJ)

Ok, more cool stuff from Game Trade #91: "And the list goes on: new locations, weapons, vehicles, archetypes, boons, trophies, events and aim cards, a new type of combat effect." So there will be a new rule too. Tropies for Norm, Events for Jeroen and Legbiter ( :-) ) My one question for LSJ based on the article: It says 175 new cards. Each starter (4) will get 6 new vamps, for total of 24 new cards. Boosters will have 150 new cards in them. So will there be one new library card only available in the starters?
