lunatic eruption and untaps, again

I just noticed that the answer (provided by James Coupe, confirmed by LSJ) that, if a Lunatic Erupted minion untaps after performing its mandatory rush, it can take other actions if it wishes is in contradiction to an earlier LSJ answer to the same question (that it becomes stuck because of NRA).
