Say that meth A, play a Kine Res. Con. and allocates 3 points to meth B. who has 2 pool, meth B. plays poison pill. So, if the referendum passes and suppose that meth A has also 2 pool, then are they ousted at the same time ? or does KRC trigers first and causes the oust of meth B before poison pill works. I would say that they are ousted at the same time, so what happens at that case ? do they get 1 and 1/2 victory point each (in addition to any other vp earned previously) ?

IANLSJ, but I believe that the Poison Pill effect triggers when the vote passes -- that is, they're simultaneous, so both get ousted. > I would say that they are ousted at the same time, so what happens > at that case ? do they get 1 and 1/2 victory point each (in addition > to any other vp earned previously) ? In the case where Meths are ousted simultaneously, ousted Meths receive any VPs they are entitled to, but no pool. So Meth A gets the VP for Meth B, but no pool. If it was only A+B, B would get the VP for Meth A, as well. --Colin McGuigan
