If I use Drawing out the beast at superior and the other vamp uses
strike combat ends do I do one point of damage. I ask because of the
catatonic fear ruling.
Thanks

Yes.
Drawing Out The Beast resolves at the end of the round. Though Strike:
Combat Ends causes the round to end prematurely, there is still an "end
of the round" for Drawing Out The Beast to deal damage in.
This is because "end of round" isn't defined as the bit after presses
but before the next round begins but, instead, whenver the round ends.

Not sure what this has to do with CataFear, but the answer is "Yes"
(except that *you* don't do the damage, the damage is environmental and
simply occurs - it wouldn't count towards playing a Pulled Fangs, for
instance).
