Does anybody know if...

Are there any *new* library cards in the precons that cannot be found in boosters? In other words, if I buy only (a large amount of) boosters, can I get all the new library cards? It is my understanding that some of the new vampires are only found in precons. Can anycody confirm this? Thanx Mathieu
